F&I experts will cap F&I Week next month with a long list of takeaways.
The final session of the three-day online event is called "Pros' Prime Tips: Experts Share Their Advice for F&I Excellence."
'Honesty as a Strategy' and other F&I tips
Among the session highlights:
- Veteran trainer George Angus of the Team One Group will present a segment called "Honesty as a Strategy."
- Kelly Wadlinger, of Faulkner Fiat of Harrisburg in Pennsylvania, will discuss the importance of making F&I departments friendly to female employees. She also will point out how female F&I employees can make stores more customer-friendly.
- Tony Troussov of the Automotive Development Group will focus on ways to connect the dots between F&I and sales.
- And Becky Chernek of Chernek Consulting will put a spotlight on strategies for converting young consumers to dealership financing.
"Pros' Prime Tips" will be held on Thursday, June 13, at 3 p.m. EDT.
It will be one of six Webinars that make up F&I Week, June 11-13, at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. each day.
