Two experts will help you understand the attitudes and approaches of the so-called millennial generation during Automotive News F&I Week next month.
Anthony Stoothoff, area sales manager for Ally Financial's Western region, will kick off an hourlong Webinar with a segment titled "Millennials, Mobile and F&I: Learning How to Drive With the Connected Generation."
He will address how F&I managers can use technology to meet the needs of millennial buyers as well as enhance the F&I experience for older generations.
Joining him will be Tony Dupaquier, director of F&I training at American Financial & Automotive Services. He will chart ways for you to align your F&I practices and build your business while connecting to these Web-savvy consumers.
The session will be held on Wednesday, June 12, at 1 pm EDT.
It will be one of six Webinars that make up F&I Week, June 11-13.
