Revenue Guru was founded by Galbraith in 2009.
Shaun Raines, 40, to executive director of DrivingSales University, a company unit that provides dealerships with training on Web strategies. He had been director of automotive at ReachLocal.
Raines' new duties include expanding interactive online training to dealerships and building the dealer services center.
DrivingSales of Salt Lake City is a media trade group that provides business intelligence to auto retailers and industry professionals.
R.L. POLK & CO. -- Audrey Robinson, 33, to vice president of government relations. She had been general counsel for the Charter Township of Canton, Mich.
Her new role includes providing policy and legislative direction for Polk's government relations team and overseeing contract negotiations with state government customers.
Polk, of Southfield, Mich., near Detroit, provides global automotive information to, among others, the auto industry, media companies and government agencies. It has operations in 10 countries.
TOYOTA MOTOR SALES U.S.A. INC. -- Zackery Hicks to group vice president and chief information officer on Jan. 1, replacing Barbra Cooper, who will retire Feb. 1. Hicks is vice president and chief information officer.
Hicks takes over all Toyota Motor Sales' information services responsibilities from Cooper, group vice president of information services for Toyota Motor Sales and chief information officer for Toyota North America. Cooper, 63, joined Toyota Motor Sales as vice president of information systems in 1996. Honors she received during her tenure include being recognized three times as one of Automotive News' 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry.
