DETROIT - Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc.'s board of directors says the company no longer is for sale.
The board made its decision "based upon current market conditions," according to a statement from the company.
Cooper-Standard, of suburban Detroit, produces body sealants, fluid-handling systems and anti-vibration components. The company ranks No. 62 on the Automotive News list of the top 100 global suppliers with estimated worldwide parts sales to automakers of $2.4 billion in fiscal 2010.
