PAR NORTH AMERICA -- Jose Delgado to vice president of sales and client relations. He had been assistant general manager of Manheim Utah Auto Auction.
PAR North America, of Carmel, Ind., provides vehicle transitioning services, including titling, lease-end management and repossessions. It is a unit of ADESA.
TOYOTA MOTOR SALES U.S.A. INC. -- Kevin Fletcher, 43, to general manager of the Chicago region, encompassing Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
He had been assistant general manager of the New York region.
He replaces Mike Rocco, who left the company.
