In his role at Reahard & Associates, Reahard conducts workshops, seminars and training programs for local and state dealership groups as well as the National Automobile Dealers Association. He started in the industry more than 35 years ago and operates under the principle that dealers can increase F&I income while boosting customer satisfaction.
Westfall's duties at AutoNation include oversight of F&I issues. He monitors individual store performance, the arrangement of consumer financing through third parties, and the sale of products, including GAP and extended warranties. Before joining AutoNation in 1997, Westfall was president of BMW Financial Services.
They will be joined on the panel by John Kerper and Lee Bowron, partners at Kerper-Bowron, an actuarial and insurance consulting firm in Birmingham, Ala. Kerper and Bowron will provide an insiders' look at the pricing of service contracts, GAP and other F&I products.
