The restyled Ford Taurus sedan gets a new look and new engines for 2013. The grille has been reshaped and raised slightly to give it more prominence. The hood is more sculpted for better aerodynamics. The Taurus gets one of two direct-injection turbocharged EcoBoost engines: a re-engineered version of the 3.5-liter V-6 unit currently available in the Taurus SHO or the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine used in the Ford Mondeo sedan in Europe. With the four-cylinder engine, the Taurus is expected to achieve 31 mpg highway.
