MAUMEE, Ohio -- Dana Holding Corp. has negotiated three-year contracts with the UAW and the United Steel Workers, effective June 1.
About 4,000 workers in 20 U.S. plants have ratified the agreements, according to Dana.
Reuters reports that the UAW contract includes a combination of raises and lump-sum payments, plus a profit-sharing plan.
Dana, of Maumee, produces axles, drive shafts, transmissions and other components. It employs 22,500 workers in 26 countries. Sales last year totaled $6.1 billion.
