His new duties include building and maintaining relations with customers on the West Coast.

PEAK PERFORMANCE -- Scott Shipley, 46, to vice president of product development and analytics. He had been vice president at eVox.
In his new role Shipley will oversee product strategy as well as development and implementation of customer relationship management programs.
Brett Lippel, 44, to vice president of sales. He had been vice president of sales at Zag.com.
Peak Performance, of Northridge, Calif., provides customer relationship management programs to auto dealerships.
CHASE AUTO FINANCE -- Randy Beil, 43, to vice president and national manager of the vehicle remarketing group. He had been manager for corporate and special sales for internal and external fleets at BMW of North America.
In his new post, Beil will oversee sales of repossessed and off-lease vehicles to consumers and through dealer, Internet and auction channels. He will be based in Phoenix.
