DANA HOLDING CORP. -- Jacqui Dedo to the new position of chief strategy and procurement officer. Dedo, 49, retains her other duties as senior vice president in charge of business strategy and sales and marketing.
Dana, of Maumee, Ohio, supplies axles, driveshafts, and sealing and thermal-management products.
AISIN WORLD CORP. OF AMERICA -- Masayasu "Mike" Saito to president. He also will be president of Aisin Holdings of America, a unit of Aisin Seiki Co. He most recently was managing officer of Aisin's Anjo, Japan, plant and of the supplier's life & energy sales division, which produces and sells nonautomotive products. Previously, he had assignments in the United States as part of Aisin r&d teams in California and Minnesota.
Saito replaces Kenji Tsujimura, who returns to Japan as senior managing director of Aisin Light Metals.
Takashi Araki to executive vice president responsible for North American and European customer sales. He was treasurer and secretary.
Tsukasa Ito to the newly created position of executive vice president in charge of the manufacturing support group. Previously, Ito served as president of Aisin Automotive Castings in London, Ky.
John Koenig to executive vice president for aftermarket sales, life & energy and external affairs. He will work from offices in both suburban Detroit and Torrance, Calif.
Koenig returns to Aisin, having previously worked for Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. Inc., Aisin World Corp. of America and then Mitsubishi Motors North America.
Atsushi Onishi to treasurer. He previously was a financial manager for Aisin Seiki in Japan.
Shingo Sanjo to executive vice president for Japan and Asian customer sales, replacing Masato Suzuki, who returns to Aisin Seiki in Japan. He previously was general manager, Toyota Sales Group, at Aisin Seiki in Japan.
Masanori Saso to executive vice president for administration. He previously was a human resources manager at Aisin Seiki in Japan.
Kazuya Tsukamoto to executive vice president for corporate planning and finance, and corporate secretary. He previously was treasurer of Aisin Brake & Chassis Inc. in Terre Haute, Ind.
