Land Rover's new small SUV --the two-door Evoque -- maintains much of the styling from the LRX concept that previewed it two years ago.
Land Rover, in unveiling the vehicle today, gave few details about the Evoque, but did note that it will have four-wheel drive.
A full introduction is planned for the Paris motor show in late September. It goes on sale in the United States in fall 2011, joining the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport in the lineup. It will be the smallest, lightest and most fuel-efficient vehicle in the storied's brand's lineup.
In a star-studded event in England, the Evoque was revealed to help celebrate Range Rover's 40th anniverary. About 80 percent of Evoques produced will be exported from Great Britain.
