Ford Motor Co. CEO Alan Mulally will be the keynote speaker at the Washington Auto Show next month.
Mulally’s speech will open the show’s Jan. 26 Public Policy/Media Preview Day. The theme of this year’s Washington show is “Change Happens Here.”
“Alan Mulally has set a standard of leadership in innovation and execution and embodies the hopes of the automotive industry that are on display at the 2010 Washington Auto Show,” Charles Stringfellow, Washington Auto Show chairman, said in a statement.
Automakers often use the Washington show to debut technology and green cars. The show will be open to the public Jan. 27-31.
