To the Editor:
I was compelled to respond to Keith Crain's Nov. 16 column, "This year the math adds up to 110%."
A lot of planning and thought went into Chrysler Group's business plan. Yes, it was detailed and lengthy, but anything less would not do for the financial community, press and our customers.
Anything less, and perhaps you would have been critical about the lack of a comprehensive plan.
Chrysler endeavored to provide not only the plan but also insight as to how we will conduct ourselves.
Chrysler's press event served another function, which was to solidify our resolve to succeed through hard work and purpose.
It's a good map, and it is our way forward to success.
