VESTAL, N.Y. — Longtime auto dealer Wendell Miller died here on April 28. He was 86.
In 1948, he joined his father at Miller Motor Car Corp. in Binghamton, N.Y., selling Dodges. Miller was president for more than 50 years. Over the years, the dealership also sold DeSoto, Plymouth, Triumph, Lincoln, Mercury, Honda and Hyundai.
Miller was a past president of the National Automobile Dealers Association and a past chairman of the Dodge National Dealer Council.
His sons, Kenneth and Steve Miller, now run the dealership, Miller Auto Team (Dodge-Honda-Hyundai).
