IMN Inc., which provides dealers with customized monthly electronic newsletters to send to customers and prospects, has been named a recommended service provider for Ford Motor Co. retailers.
The agreement with Ford enables the Massachusetts company to give dealers content specific to the automaker, including video features, lifestyle articles, coupons that can be sent to cell phones and links that readers can click to set up appointments automatically.
Ford is putting a lot of effort into long-term follow-up for customers and prospects, said Brian Epro, director of IMNs automotive services group.
Epro said IMN, through its Loyalty Driver service, provides newsletters to 1,200 dealerships selling a range of brands. The company is the exclusive provider of e-newsletters for the Lexus and Volvo brands.
