DETROIT — About 1,200 salaried U.S. employees of Visteon Corp. will get pay cuts of 2 to 10 percent beginning Sunday, Feb. 1. The cuts apply only to employees of the supplier who make more than $75,000 a year. Most employees will see a 2 percent reduction, but salaries of top executives and directors will be cut 7.5 to 10 percent, said Jim Fisher, Visteon director of corporate communications. The changes are effective until at least June 30.
