MILAN, Italy -- Ferrari CEO Jean Todt resigned last week and will be replaced by Amedeo Felisa, formerly the general manager. Todt headed Ferrari's Formula One team when the Italian carmaker won six straight constructors' titles from 1999 to 2004. Todt became CEO of the luxury sports car builder in 2006.
