Jim Sanfilippo is chief marketing officer of Team Detroit, a joint venture of Ford Motor Co.'s top advertising and marketing communications agencies in Detroit. They encompass JWT Detroit, the ad agency for the Ford brand, and Y&R Detroit, which has the Lincoln Mercury account.
