Segway has redesigned its urban scooter, and steering is a snap -- or, more accurately, a lean. Riders can turn simply by leaning left or right -- and they won't have to turn into any gasoline stations. The gyroscope-equipped electric scooter can go 24 miles on a charge from a standard outlet and has a top speed of 12.5 mph.
