METALDYNE CORP. -- Logan Robinson, 56, to executive vice president, general counsel and government relations. He had been vice president and general counsel for Delphi Corp.
Sandra Galac, 49, to vice president and treasurer. She had been vice president and treasurer for Kelly Services.

VISTEON CORP. -- Heinz Pfannschmidt, 58, will retire from his position as executive vice president and president of Visteon's Europe and South America customer group effective Monday, May 1. He has been a member of Visteon's senior leadership team since 2001. His replacement has yet to be named.
