DETROIT -- Dephi Corp. has been awarded contracts to supply components for Ferrari's new 599 GTB Fiorano sports car. Delphi will supply its MagneRide suspension technology, a climate-control system, and an electrical and electronic subsystem for the sports car. The 599 GTB, priced in Europe at the equivalent of $280,607 at current exchange rates, replaces the 575M Maranello sports car. It has not been introduced in the United States.
Delphi, of Troy, Mich., supplies steering, chassis, interiors, electronic components, engine and thermal management systems and in-vehicle entertainment systems.
