On Chryslers blog for investors and the news media, public relations chief Jason Vines ripped the oil companies for price gouging and shabby performance in researching alternative fuels.
Vines, apparently forgetting that oil and water dont mix, wrote, Big Oil is swimming in profits, content to let the nations drivers drown in rising prices every time they fill up.
Vines told Automotive News that the musings were his own but that Chrysler brass stands behind him.
