DETROIT -- Driveline and chassis technology supplier ZF Group NAO named Denise Lee vice president of sales and marketing for its chassis division, and Paul Olexa vice president of sales and marketing for its driveline division. The changes are effective immediately.
Lee, 52, had been vice president of global sales at Hilte International for two years. She had been customer director with ZF from 2001 to 2003. She coordinates chassis sales within North America at ZF.
Olexa, 46, was general sales manager at ZF. He's been at ZF since May 1988 in engineering and sales roles. He is responsible for driveline activities in North America.
ZF Group's headquarters are in Northville, Mich. It supplies transmissions, steering systems, suspension components, axles, clutches and dampers.
ZF Group is a unit of German supplier ZF Friedrichshafen AG.
ZF Friedrichshafen AG ranks No. 12 on the Automotive News list of the top 100 global suppliers with worldwide original-equipment automotive parts sales of $10.0 billion in 2004.
