General Motors was scheduled to unveil two variants of its redesigned Escalade SUV, the ESV and the EXT, at the Detroit auto show Sunday, Jan. 8. The EXT pickup, left, offers wraparound fascias and integrated running boards, as well as a sharper windshield angle. The ESV, 21 inches longer than the Escalade, has many of the same features as the Escalade but has more seating capacity and cargo space. Both the ESV and EXT will be available late this summer. The Escalade arrives in the first quarter.
