LOS ANGELES -- Mark McNabb, recently promoted to run sales and marketing in Nissan Motor Co.'s overseas markets, has resigned from the company. McNabb, 44, had been in charge of Nissan Division in the United States before getting the Japan-based position Oct. 22.
In Japan, he was in charge of markets outside of North America, Japan and Europe.
McNabb had been with the company 19 years. Brandweek.com reported this week that he resigned for personal reasons and may not stay in the auto business.
