Seven more imports have caught incentive fever. New programs are on the books for Toyota, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Mini, Porsche and Lexus.
Mini, Porsche and Lexus offer only reduced-rate loans, and Lexus does it only on the 2005 LS 430 sedan.
Elsewhere, Toyota returned to the rebate fray with payments of $500 to $2,000 on 2006 models and $300 to $4,000 on 2005s. The $4,000 is on some 4Runners. Toyota offered no national rebates in October.
Subaru had only finance incentives in October. In November, it is paying $500 to $1,000 on 2006s and $500 to $2,000 on 2005s.
Mazda's new program offers customer rebates of $500 to $2,250 on 2006 models and $1,000 to $3,000 on 2005s.
Mitsubishi has increased its givebacks to $500 to $2,000 on 2006s and $1,500 to $3,500 on 2005s. Last month, $1,000 was the top payout.
The Porsche program ends Dec. 30; the others expire Nov. 30.
