Mitsubishi Motors North America has endured one of the steepest U.S. sales declines of any automaker. The company's executive vice president of sales and marketing, Dave Schembri, must find ways to get customers into Mitsubishi showrooms.
Before he joined Mitsubishi in February, Schembri, 52, spent 11 years with Mercedes-Benz USA LLC, most recently as vice president of Smart USA. He also was a marketing executive with Volkswagen of America Inc.
Schembri discussed his assignment at Mitsubishi with Staff Reporter Kathy Jackson.
