A new Toyota Division Web site puts information about the company's certified used-vehicle program at its dealers' fingertips.
The Toyota Certified site tells auto dealers how to get inventory under the program. It explains warranty coverage and sales agreements. It also lets dealers view and order merchandising materials and obtain print and broadcast advertisements.
Norm Olson, Toyota Certified's sales operations manager, says the site launched last month. He calls the site an easy way for Toyota to update dealers on changes to the used-vehicle program.
"Dealers can order materials, get answers to frequently asked questions and find an in-depth guide to certified pre-owned," Olson told Automotive News. "Everything in our heads and on paper is on the hub."
