LOS ANGELES -- Suzuki will begin selling cars and trucks in Mexico when the 2006 Grand Vitara SUV and Aerio sedan debut on Saturday, Oct. 1.
Suzuki Motor de Mexico, a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corp., has been selling motorcycles and outboard motors in Mexico since 1996.
Suzuki Mexico has five auto dealerships. The stores are in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara. The company projects annual vehicle sales of 3,000 units in its first full year.
