DETROIT -- ArvinMeritor Inc. will close its light-vehicle systems shock absorber plant in Pulaski, Tenn.
The factory has 268 employees. The supplier said it will move production to plants in Detroit and Toronto. Production in Pulaski will be phased out by July 2006.
ArvinMeritor, of Troy, Mich., supplies emission technologies, aperture and undercarriage systems, drivetrains, braking and suspension systems.
