NEW YORK -- Ford Motor Co. on Wednesday named Derrick Kuzak vice president of North America engineering, succeeding Will Boddie, who is retiring.
Kuzak will have overall responsibility for engineering signoff of all North American vehicles and responsibility for key commodities and common platform parts.
In Europe, Ford appointed vice presidents for marketing, sales and service and for product development.
Stephen Odell, currently chairman-elect at Ford of Britain, will succeed Geoff Polites as vice president marketing, sales and service for Ford of Europe. Polites on Tuesday, July 19, was appointed chief executive officer of Jaguar and Land Rover.
Joe Bakaj will succeed Kuzak as vice president of product development for Ford of Europe.
