DETROIT - Hella North America Inc. has restructured its North American operations following the retirement of President Joseph Borruso.
Instead of appointing a new North American president, Hella has named presidents for key business units. They will report to the parent company in Lippstadt, Germany.
Raymund Heinen will be president of the lighting division.
He also will be in charge of daily operations for North America, formerly the responsibility of Borruso.
Steve Hubble will be president of electronics. He and Heinen will work at Hella's Plymouth, Mich., headquarters.
Wolfgang Benz will be president of North American aftermarket operations and will work in an Atlanta suburb.
Borruso, 65, will be an adviser with the title of president emeritus.
