Bill Grovert hit the nail on the head with his comments about General Motors dusting off some old car designs (Letters, June 13).
I've been a loyal GM owner for years, but I simply cannot warm up to any of the new vehicles.
Somebody at GM sure missed the mark on the Buick LaCrosse; the 65-year-old target group for that car got its start with the 1955-63 Chevys, some of the coolest cars ever designed.
GM rewards their loyalties with the automotive equivalent of a wheelchair. Maybe Rick Wagoner should dust off a few retirees, send Bob Lutz fishing and bring back some of that edgy style GM used to have.
