LOS ANGELES -- Toyota will raise prices on its 2006 Camry lineup when it arrives in showrooms this month. It also made midyear price increases on the RAV4 SUV and Prius sedan. Those increases will take effect Aug. 1.
The 2006 Camry will start at $18,985, including shipping, a $250 increase over the previous sticker price. The $250 increase applies across the entire model line.
The 2006 Camry Solara coupe will see a $150 bump to $20,070, while the convertible will increase by $400 to $27,480.
The 2005 RAV4 pricing will increase by $300 for both the two-wheel and four-wheel-drive versions. The base RAV4 will start at $19,615. The 2005 Prius will increase by $300 to $21,815.
