NEW YORK -- DealerTrack Holdings Inc. has acquired Automotive Lease Guide LLC, a Santa Barbara, Calif., company that forecasts end-of-lease residual values.
In a separate deal, DealerTrack acquired North American Advanced Technology Inc., of Rosemont, Ill. North American sells software to streamline the administration of products such as service contracts and credit life insurance.
Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
DealerTrack Holdings, of Lake Success, N.Y,. owns DealerTrack Inc. of Melville, N.Y., which provides dealerships with electronic finance contracts.
