Thomas Burke, formerly vice president of North American manufacturing at Visteon, has been named executive vice president at Modine Manufacturing Co.
Burke, 48, will be in charge of Modine's North American automotive and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning divisions. He also has control over Modine's fuel cell products group, information technology, and environmental, health, safety and security departments.
Modine of Racine, Wis., makes radiators, oil coolers, condensers, evaporators, heater cores and blower motors for autos. The company posted revenue of $1.5 billion in its 2005 fiscal year that ended March 31.
