Siemens VDO Automotive and Russian engineering services firm NPP Elcar plan to establish a joint venture to develop electronic engine management systems in Russia.
The joint venture will be called Siemens VDO Engineering.
Siemens VDO of Regensburg, Germany, supplies electrical and electronic components.
