DETROIT -- If you have a hot seller, raise the price. That has long been the Big 3's approach to marketing cars and light trucks.
The Chrysler group followed that rule by raising sticker prices on the Chrysler 300 and Dodge Magnum for the second time in less than a month.
The 300 is the group's best-selling car. The Magnum, on the market since May 2004, also is a strong seller.
Prices for the 300 rose $20 to $450 in April. Magnum prices went up $50 to $640. The March increases were $85 on the 300 and $50 on the Magnum.
