$3 million: Value of 240,000 restricted stock equivalents for 2004 performance bonus. He will split the money equally between the William Clay Ford Jr. Scholarship Program and donations to local charities.
$7.5 million: Value of restricted shares for 2004 performance.
$7.5 million: Estimated value of stock options with a strike, or purchase, price of $12.49 each. The company's stock closed on Thursday, March 17, at $11.67, near the bottom of its 52-week range.
Bill Ford does not draw a cash salary.
