MUNICH – Veteran Automotive News Europe reporters Luca Ciferri and Bradford Wernle are taking on new roles.
Ciferri has been appointed chief correspondent of Automotive News Europe.
Wernle will be the new Europe editor of Automotive News, a sister publication of Automotive News Europe. He will be based in London.
Based inTurin, Ciferri will work closely with Automotive News Europe’s network of reporters to develop pan-European news stories.
In addition, he will take the lead in covering the major issues facing the automotive industry in 2005 and beyond.
Ciferri has been with Automotive News Europe since it began publishing in January 1996 and has covered the auto industry since 1979. He will continue to be based in Turin.
Wernle will focus on the activities of European automakers and suppliers that do business in North America. He joined Automotive News Europe six years ago from Automotive News headquarters in Detroit.
Wernle will continue to work closely with Automotive News Europe’s editors and reporters.
