LOS ANGELES -- Hyundai has cut prices slightly on the 2005 Tiburon sport coupe.
The 2005 Tiburon will be in showrooms by mid-December and will be offered in three trim levels ranging in price from $16,594 to $20,594.
The lowest-priced model is the Tiburon GS with a 2-liter, four-cylinder engine and a five-speed manual transmission. The same model with a four-speed automatic transmission has a sticker price of $17,494.
The Tiburon GT with a 2.7-liter V-6 engine and a five-speed manual transmission sells for $18,594. The GT also is offered with a four-speed automatic transmission for $19,594.
The Tiburon SE will arrive in showrooms in early 2005. It will come with only a six-speed manual transmission and will sell for $20,594.
The 2004 Tiburon ranged in price from $17,539 to $21,037.
