Auto supplier Amerigon Inc. on Monday named Barry Steele as its vice president of finance and CFO. He replaces William Willis, who resigned to pursue other interests.
Steele was most recently vice president of finance and chief accounting officer at Advanced Accessory Systems L.L.C., a Sterling Heights-based auto supplier. He had been with Advanced Accessory since 1997.
Before that, Steele was a senior accountant with Price Waterhouse L.L.P.
Steele will report to CEO Daniel Coker. Dearborn, Mich.,-based Amerigon designs and manufactures climate-control systems for automotive seats.
