Bill Eagan will leave his post as global supply management director for Delphi's Europe operations effective September 1.
Australian Bill Lloyd, 56, will replace Eagan at Delphi Europe in Paris. Lloyd is currently Delphi's director of machin-ery/equipment and indirect global supply management.
Eagan will work on a special assignment until his retirement in January. Delphi declined to discuss the assignment.
In other changes:
l Jean Cazade, general director of Delphi France and customer director for PSA/Peugeot-Citroen and Renault, will retire after 37 years of service effective November 1. Cazade's jobs will be handled by three people.
l Remi Kaiser will become the new general director for Delphi France.
Kaiser, 61, adds the post to his current responsibilities as engineering, quality and environment director for Delphi Europe, Middle East and Africa.
l Catherine Dupont-Gatelmand, 50, is now Delphi's PSA/Peugeot - Citroen global customer director. Dupont-Gatelmand was previously diesel operations director at Delphi Energy & Chassis.
She worked for Renault and Faurecia before joining Delphi in 2003.
l Jerome Rischard, 42, is now Delphi's global customer director for Renault and the Renault/Nissan Purchasing Organization.
Rischard was previously Delphi France's customer marketing and service manager.
