TURIN -- Turin could again host an auto show, but as a smaller exposition entirely dedicated to automotive research and design.
The city of Turin and ANFIA, the association of Italian automakers, are scheduling a new show for February 19-26, 2006, when Turin will also host the Winter Olympics.
The goal is an automotive research and design show every other year. Turin's 68th and last auto show was in 2000. The 2002 show was canceled due to a lack of exhibitors.
