DETROIT -- Otto Rosenbusch, a former Chrysler Corp. manager of special events, died Feb. 7. He was 75.
During Chrysler's periods of financial struggle, Rosenbusch prevented historic Chrysler vehicles from being sold to raise cash. Those vehicles later would become part of the Chrysler Historical Collection. That collection was the foundation of the Walter P. Chrysler Museum in Auburn Hills, Mich.
Rosenbusch also held positions in Chrysler's design and public relations departments. He retired in 1990.
He was a founder of the Meadow Brook Hall Concours d'Elegance. During retirement, he enjoyed restoring and displaying old cars.
