DETROIT - Software and technology service firm Compuware Corp. will buy the products and technology of Covisint LLC, the 4-year-old data exchange service built by the Big 3.
Compuware said it expects the deal to close in 30 days. Compuware said it will keep the majority of Covisint's staff and will move them to its Detroit headquarters in the next several months. (See our Web site, autonews.com, for a longer story.)
