WASHINGTON -- Gen. Tommy Franks, who commanded U.S. troops in the war with Iraq, will speak at next year's National Automobile Dealers Association convention in Las Vegas.
Franks will offer his views on world events at the general session Feb. 2. The convention runs through Feb. 3.
