DETROIT (Reuters) -- General Motors will recall 240,000 Saturn L-Series cars and 95,000 Buick Rendezvous sport utility vehicles for separate problems, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said on Monday.
NHTSA said GM would fix a faulty ignition control computer that could eventually trigger a fire on Saturn L-Series cars, model years 2000 through 2003.
On the Rendezvous, GM will reinforce the support around the rear liftgate latch to keep the latch from failing in a crash. That recall covers model years 2002 and 2003.
