DETROIT - MSX International has appointed Robert Netolicka to the newly created position of president and COO, the company said Thursday.
Netolicka, who assumes the new role June 1, will report to chairman and CEO Thomas Stallkamp.
Most recently, Netolicka was president, integrated facilities management and corporate vice president for Johnson Controls Inc., leading its non-automotive service management operations. He worked for Johnson Controls for 25 years.
MSX, of Southfield, Mich., is a management services supplier with annual sales of more than $800 million.
