HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa. - Auto dealer Henry Faulkner III died April 28. He was 53.
Faulkner was co-owner of the Faulkner Organization of Trevose, Pa., which ranked 27th on the Automotive News list of the Top 100 dealership groups in the United States based on 2002 new-vehicle retail sales.
The company, which has 22 dealerships, sold a total of 32,655 new, used and fleet vehicles in 2002.
Faulkner was president of the Automobile Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia in 1985 and served on the national Oldsmobile, Pontiac and Cadillac dealer councils. In 1986, he received the Time Magazine Quality Dealer Award.
